Adam Frierdich will be your main contact throughout the building process. He will answer your questions, guide you through the selection process, and work with you from contract signing to house closing.

How long will it take to build our new home?
Depending on the size and complexity of your new home, construction typically takes four to six months from the start date.

What is the warranty period on our home?
Frierdich Construction building top-quality homes, each backed with a one-year warranty. We conduct a 90-day and then a one year walk through, in accordance with the warranty agreement.

How will we pay for our home?
Frierdich Construction has solid business relationships with many local lenders. We can help you secure a construction loan and mortgage financing.
